Service Overview
WintPay provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for device monitoring, control, and reporting. Our software allows business owners or individuals to monitor, lock, and manage Android-based mobile devices used by employees or users for business or finance-related purposes.
We do not run, manage, or influence any finance or mobile business; we only offer the software infrastructure.
Disclaimer of Liability
WintPay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage caused to any mobile device or data during or after the usage of our software. Our role is strictly limited to providing a software tool that helps manage devices. Any misuse, misconfiguration, or overuse of features by the client is their sole responsibility.
We highly recommend users test software functionality thoroughly on non-critical devices before widespread deployment.
No Business Representation
WintPay only provides the software infrastructure and related technical tools. We are not involved in your business operations, client communications, financial agreements, or debt recovery models. Your business model, customer management, and legal responsibilities are entirely your own.
You acknowledge and agree that WintPay has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the conduct, content, or contracts formed between you and your customers.
Account Responsibilities
To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials. Any activity occurring through your account will be considered your responsibility.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Use our services for unlawful or unethical purposes
- Exploit device control features to harass or intimidate users
- Use our services in a way that may damage our reputation or impair others’ use of the platform
Software Licensing
WintPay grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software. You agree not to replicate or redistribute the software without written consent.
Data Privacy
WintPay collects basic usage and device-related metadata to improve service delivery. We do not access your business data, customer agreements, or financial records unless explicitly granted for technical support.
We comply with data protection laws applicable in India and follow strict security measures to keep your data safe.
Payment Terms
Subscription-based services must be paid in advance. Any failure to make payments may result in account suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Refunds will be processed only under valid and justified technical conditions, at the discretion of WintPay.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time without prior notice or liability, especially if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the software will be revoked immediately.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WintPay, its developers, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability

WintPay is not responsible for any physical damage, software corruption, loss of user data, or misuse resulting from using the locking, wiping, or control features of the app.

WintPay may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute your consent to the new Terms.
Service Interruptions
Our services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues. We will strive to notify users about planned outages. However, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtimes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

WintPay does not guarantee any particular business result, customer behavior, or payment recovery. We only provide the technical interface—outcomes depend on your business execution.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WintPay regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
